Dr. Brown is a compassionate board-certified psychiatrist specializing in the comprehensive care of children, adolescents, and adults. With a commitment to promoting mental wellness, she offers a range of services including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy.

Raised in the vibrant Bronx, New York, Dr. Brown's academic journey reflects her dedication to excellence. She graduated with honors in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and further pursued her MD and PhD at the prestigious Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City. Her expertise was refined through adult psychiatry residency training at Washington University in St. Louis, followed by fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Dr. Brown focuses on providing holistic psychiatric care for a diverse range of diagnoses, including ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Eating Disorders, Trauma/PTSD, Substance Use Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, and Schizophrenia. She also has a special interest in cultural issues/racial trauma, life transitions, immigration, LGBTQ+, and working with families. Dr. Brown takes joy in collaborating with clients to create a safe, supportive, non-judgmental, and healing environment. She integrates principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy in her treatment approach.

Outside her clinical work, Dr. Brown finds balance through her love for cooking, appreciation of art, and the simple joys of bike riding. Her diverse interests reflect a holistic lifestyle that resonates with her commitment to well-rounded mental health.
